Jet Off To Geneva

Following the success of the ‘Ice Block’ campaign we carried out last year for Switzerland Tourism, we were approached by Geneva Tourism to create a campaign to help promote Geneva as a city break destination rather than a transit city…

We launched a multi-channel integrated campaign, the highlight of which was a one-day experiential event. We surprised and delighted the workers of Canary Wharf by creating a miniature version of the iconic Jet d’eau fountain in Geneva, which was powered by a pair of bicycles. Participants took it in pairs to power the fountain for the longest amount of time, with the pair who finished top of the leaderboard winning a money-can’t-buy weekend in Geneva. The event was supported with event handouts, a microsite, an online game, and seeded film content.

Fun Fact

The online game attracted just over 500 players on its leaderboard, and the viral film notched up over 65,000 views on YouTube.
